Ferdi Schüth, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research spoke at the "Futurium" future museum in Berlin in September. As an expert on new energies, he was interviewed by Barbara Scherle about his research on the conversion of lignocellulose into biofuels and the influence of cheap oil and other framework conditions on research.
